If your resolution is close to one of those listed in the dropdown box, you might consider purchasing the fractal at the next size up. Your computer will crop the image if needed to fit your screen.
Alternatively you could buy the fractal at the next size down, and either position the image centrally as your desktop background, or slightly stretch the image to fill the screen.

I really like a fractal that is shown as 'Sold Out'. Can I still buy a copy?
The number of copies available for purchase is strictly limited to 50, with each one being uniquely numbered and certified. Regretfully once the 50th copy has been sold we are unable to sell additional copies.
So if you see a design that you really like while it is still available, please act quickly to avoid disappointment!

Can I have a fractal in a different color theme to that which is shown?
We are able to supply the fractals in different screen resolutions, but not in different color schemes.

I didn't receive the email containing my fractal, what should I do?
First check that your spam filter, if any, hasn't mistaken the email for spam and diverted it to a spam folder.
If you are sure that the email has not been received, please contact us to request that the fractal be resent. If you need the fractal to be sent to a different email address than the one originally supplied, you will also need to give us details of the date/time and method of payment you used to purchase the fractal to confirm your identity.

Can I use the fractal as a desktop image on more than one computer?
You are welcome to use the image as supplied on any of the computers in your home network. Please don't distribute copies beyond that. For more information please see Copyright and Usage Terms.

Can you supply a fractal as a physical print?
Although we specialise in fractal art intended for desktop usage, we could instead produce a high-quality print for mailing to you instead of sending an electronic copy via email.

Please contact us to request that the fractal be resent. Please also supply details of the date/time and method of payment you used to purchase the fractal to confirm your identity. We will endeavour to resend the fractal, however we highly recommend keeping your own backup!
